Brad Smith Roofing has participated in the Ohio BWC Drug-Free Safety Program for years, since 2005, when it was called the Ohio BWC ”Drug-Free Workplace Program.” Brad and Management have agreed that it has been essential in the workplace. As a part of the program, we are required to do Pre-Hire Drug Testing and Random Drug Testing. We have found the program to not only been a helpful tool in our hiring process, but it also contributes to Brad Smith Roofing being the safest work environment possible!
